With his wife seriously ill and in urgent need of a bone marrow transplant, respected police officer Adam Rubin (Jonah Lotan) abducts the Prime Minister (Schmil Ben Ari) in the hope of using him as a donor. Looking to leave the country in order to conduct the procedure, Adam’s plan backfires when he becomes stranded in an abandoned Yeshiva building near Jerusalem. As security forces close in all around them, Adam faces a race against time to try and retrieve the situation and save his wife.

Great to see Cosmos in Little White Lies top 25 films of 2016

The Code Series 2

GVFilm recently delivered the Home Entertainment trailer for the BBC4 series ‘The Code’.
The second series delves even deeper into the Dark Web. When two Australians are murdered by militia in West Papua, Internet journalist Ned (Dan Spielman) and his cyber hacker brother Jesse (Ashley Zukerman) are threatened with deportation by the Australian authorities unless they agree to help with the case. Tasked with finding Jan Roth (Anthony LaPaglia), the lone survivor of the militia attack and fugitive founder of an illegal website linked to human trafficking, the brothers soon find themselves in the middle of a complex investigation with potentially far-reaching consequences.

The Border

The Border is the latest release from Nordic Noir & Beyond.
The HBO Europe series was premiered on Channel 4 in the UK and arrives on DVD Sept 5 2016.
The Border tells the story of border guards in the remote region of Bieszczady, a mysterious and magical region where people can behave strangely.
The first episode opens with a fatal bomb attack, killing guards who are stationed on the border with Ukraine.
The only survivor, Captain Rebrow, loses friends in the attack. Utterly confused, he tries find out who is behind the bombing.
His commanding officer is determined to uncover the truth, working with an investigator from the national prosecutor’s office.

The Loneliest Time

We are thrilled that she has been acknowledged for her work.
The Loneliest Time is a short film GVFilm have supported since inception, editing teaser and trailer materials. Produced, written and starring GVFilm producer Dan Poole and directed by Cort Kristensen.  The Dolby Atmos soundtrack was mixed by Paul Massey at 20th Century Fox Studios in Los Angeles and graded by Jodie Davidson at Technicolor London.
