Dark River

We recently delivered social media assets for the Arrow FIlms Theatrical release of ‘Dark River’. Atmospheric cinemagraphs, animated loops and moving posters for a variety of social media platforms.

Mountains May Depart

From the multi-awarding winning Director Jia Zhangke (A Touch of Sin, Still Life, The World) MOUNTAINS MAY DEPART, follows the life of Shen Tao (Tao Zhao), and those close to her, across three different time periods: 1999, 2014, and 2025. We worked closely with Arrow Films to create a new UK trailer edit, respecting the Director’s use of aspect ratios and creating new localised titles and graphics as well as sourcing music and producing a new Theatrical audio mix.

Lost In Paris

For the Arrow Films release of Dominique Abel and Fiona Gordon’s LOST IN  PARIS, we re-crafted the original trailer for the UK release and provided new graphic titles as well as social media assets.
LOST IN PARIS is a wondrously fun and hectic tale of peculiar people finding love while lost in the City of Lights.

In UK cinemas from November 24th.

Zoology Social Media

Social media elements created for Theatrical release of Zoology from Arrow Films.

Original Theatrical Trailer, scripted and edited with new graphics and mix in house at GVFilm. Audio mastering by Tamborine Productions.
Writer-director Ivan I. Tverdovsky’s prize-winning sophomore feature
(Special Prize of the Jury at Karlovy Vary Film Festival, Best Picture at Fantastic Fest) deftly mixes the deadpan humour of Aki Kaurismäki with a poignant examination of social issues including loneliness and aging.
Described as Kafka meets Cronenberg (Hollywood Reporter),
Tverdovsky’s film is a beautifully photographed portrait of Eastern Europe that recalls the recent New Romanian Cinema and features a brave and brilliant central performance from Natalya Pavlenkova.

The Villainess

Working closely with Arrow Films / Arrow Video we re-edited the trailer for the UK release, adding new story captions, titles and 5.1 mix.
Mastering for Theatrical release by our friends at Tamborine audio,
We also created trailer versions for not only Theatrical and Online but also Home Entertainment and VOD releases.
Check out the Empire Magazine exclusive here:
Exploding onto the screen in a kinetic flurry of hyper-stylised action, The Villainess is a stunning vengeance film that draws its inspiration from western classics including Nikita and Kill Bill.
Deliriously indulging in the excesses of South Korean action, recalling Park Chan-wook’s Oldboy, The Villainess is a visionary new take on the neo-noir genre and an incredible thrill ride not to be missed.
In UK cinemas & on Digital HD September 15 2017
